Garlic chives from our yards are soooo good now. Nothing fancy. Just chop it up fine, add sea salt, black pepper, and ground meat. Pan-brown both sides, then into 375F oven for 15-17 mins. Hm Hm~
院子裡的韭菜長得快又好,幾天就可以收割一次。切段炒小朋友不愛,覺得像吃草,但細切了做烘蛋, 或者加絞肉做成煎餅, 全家都好愛。調味只要海鹽加現磨胡椒,其它都不用,兩面煎黃後進375 度烤箱烤15-17分 (當然也可以直接煎到熟)。嗯嗯~滿口韭菜香!
